If you’re looking for something comforting, nutritious yet hearty, look no further than this Baked Salmon with Dill Yogurt Garnish. Not only is this recipe extremely foolproof and easy to execute, it looks especially impressive for your date nights or family gatherings. Of course, don’t let this stop you from enjoying this alone too!

In short, this recipe delivers a harmonious blend of rich salmon with a creamy and tangy herb-infused garnish that enhances the natural flavours of the salmon. There are a few main components to the dish, in addition to some sides that I would recommend you having. Allow me to walk you through!

  1. Baked Salmon
Simplicity goes a long way with this one! To enhance the natural and rich flavours of the salmon, simply garnish a light touch of olive oil mixed with lemon juice, salt and pepper. You will be sure to thank me for this killer combo. However, be careful not to overbake this or you might observe white protein streaks!
  2. Dill Yogurt Garnish
This is a simple mix altogether, one-bowl Dill Yogurt Garnish that is so easy yet so delicious. To assemble this, simply mix together greek yogurt, freshly chopped dill, lemon juice and a light touch of pepper. I would strongly recommend you to use freshly chopped dill as the chopping process really help to release their flavours for that flavour infusion!Additionally, I prefer to prepare this at least 10 – 15 minutes before assembling the dish for all of the flavours to come together.
  3. Roasted Baked Potatoes
Really quick to put together, and provides such a crunch! My favourite part about these Roasted Baked Potatoes is the ease of customisation, such as adding your preferred herbs (for mine, rosemary and oregano). Furthermore, I also topped mine off with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese for extra creaminess.

Having listed these three, another dimension you could consider to elevate this dish includes presentation! For mine, I elevated it with a pop of colour through cluster of on-the-vine cherry tomatoes, and a fresh sprig of dill. Of course, let’s not forget the lemon wedge!

Without further ado, the recipe.
