You’ve probably heard or seen of Brownie Towers – stacks of Brownies artistically formed around like Tower of Pisa! These Brownie Towers are nicely tempting, especially when drizzled with dark chocolate sauce and fruits of all sorts. Furthermore, they’re a nice centrepiece for any celebrations, adorned with sparkles and candles.

The interesting thing about Brownie Towers and why I recommend them, is because they are pretty easy to make for something that looks so impressive. All you need to get started with is a batch of Fudgy Brownies.

If you’re on a tight schedule, use a baking mix like I did. For mine, I used my Allo by Alchemy Brownie Mix which produces fudgy brownies in no time. Furthermore, these brownies are healthier with lower GI content and higher dietary fibre. Enough of me complimenting this, but you can feel free to let me know if you’ve any questions on this.

A Guide to Brownie Towers
by Javier Tan March-25-2024

Here’s a guide on an impressive yet easy to master celebratory piece that is fit for any party – a fudgy, decadent Brownie Tower!

Ingredients

For Brownie Tower:

  • 1 x Batch of Fudgy Brownies (at least 8 inch square). If you would like more buffer and safety to work with, consider 2 batches!

For Decoration:

  • Approx 1/2 Cup or 120g of Dark Chocolate, Melted
  • Assortment of Fruits (Strawberries, Blueberries)
  • Other Decoration Pieces (Flower Fondants, Candles etc)

Instructions

  1. Firstly, find a good base – either a large enough plate or a cake board.
  2. Then, if you haven’t already, chop your brownies into neat squares. I also removed the sides of it so that they are easier to stack.
  3. Next, stack the brownies. I went with a formula of 7 (base), 4 (middle) and 3 (top).
  4. Drizzle with dark chocolate sauce as desired and top with fruits and decoration.
  5. Serve and enjoy! Note: I prefer to assemble mine on the day of serving as they can be difficult to store.
