Looking for a delicious, simple sweet treat that is also vegan / vegetarian? Look no further, for these Vegan Chocolate Chips are easy to do, yummy, and tastes just like normal choc chip cookies! I am such a huge fan of these, I couldn’t stop myself from having more.

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Furthermore, these Vegan Chocolate Chips are easy to make without any rare ingredients. Most of these ingredients could be easily found in your pantry including flour and sugar. The rarest ingredient may just be coconut oil, which can still be easily found in many baking supplies stores.

Additionally, you can look into using vegan chocolate chips as well. For myself, I am using Callebaut NXT vegan chocolate which is dairy-free. I believe there are many options out there for you to try too. Alternatively, you could also consider using cranberries and nuts.

Continuing on the ingredients, I also used Vegan milk Very Dairy. This milk has the properties of milk, without having come from cows as it is made from microflora.

Another piece of good news for these Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies? They are super easy to make and doesn’t require any specific equipment. As you can see from the video, all you will have to do is to mix them together. However, care is still needed at each stage by ensuring that you achieve the right consistency!

Furthermore, as these cookies don’t spread too much, their final sizes and shapes are easy to gauge.

I believe the video will be of great help. Nonetheless, you can feel free to let me know if you require further information!
